Amanda works with LEI Group Australia as a mentor for online Belt Programmes. Amanda has had 39 years’ experience working within health, both as a clinician and in operations. Amanda started her working career as qualified nurse in rural NSW. She subsequently worked in the private sector managing two large corporations’ Occupational Health and Safety units and later as an academic for the University of Western Sydney where she taught undergraduate and post graduate nursing students. She subsequently worked in the public health sector as the manager of the NSW Cervical Screening Program’s health promotion and information and communication technologies strategies. In this role she developed an international online learning module for cytologists and pathologist and oversaw the development of the Program’s many ICT strategies. Amanda has held various senior operational roles in health including overseeing a number of large and small operational improvement projects. She holds a Green Belt from the University of Kent.
